These terms govern the provision, by SkoolMob (Amadou Iyawa, an individual), of the SkoolMob software, the Android application and its associated services, to subscribing schools.

Subscription
Access to SkoolMob is open to schools that have signed a written contract with the publisher. This contract specifies the commitment duration, the price, the functional scope and the renewal terms.
User accounts
The school administers accounts for its staff, students and parents through the administration interface. Each user is responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials. Any loss or compromise must be reported without delay.
Availability
SkoolMob applies the necessary means to maintain the availability of the service. Service level commitments, where applicable, are set out in the contract signed with the school.
Data
The school remains the owner of its data. At any time, it may request a full export in a standard format (Excel, CSV, PDF for report cards). See the privacy policy for processing details.
Termination
Either party may terminate the contract with a 30-day written notice. Upon termination, a full data export is delivered within 15 working days. Published report cards remain downloadable during the contractual grace period.
Changes
SkoolMob may evolve the software's functionality and these terms. Any substantial change is notified to the client school at least 30 days before it takes effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Cameroonian law. Any dispute not settled amicably falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Bertoua, East Region.
